I'm deeply sorry for the loss of your dear loved. The emotional roller coaster can really take a toll. When you are feeling especially down, take to heart these comforting words at Isaiah 41:10..."Do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will fortify you, yes, I will help you,I will really hold on to you with my right hand of righteousness." He has many blessings in store for those who have died (John 5:28,29).
