Carolyn M. O'Conner

Carolyn M. O’Conner, 81 of Grove City passed away March 1, 2018 at the Grove City Medical Center.

Carolyn was born April 21, 1936 in Marian Ohio; she was the daughter of Clifford E. and Elsie J. Rice.

Carolyn married Richard O’Conner of May 7, 1954 in Grove City; he passed away April 8, 2008.

Carolyn retired from Grove City College, working in the housekeeping department.

Carolyn loved to spend time with her friends attending different places to play bingo.  Her and her friends would also travel to different casinos in the area for day trips.  Carolyn loved to go antiquing.  She was a skilled piano and accordion player as well.  

Loved ones left to cherish her memory are her children; Les O’Conner of Grove City,  Terry O’Conner of Florida and Judy Curry and her husband Lewis of Florida.  6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren also survive. 

Proceeded in death by her parents, husband Richard, her son Mike O’Conner and a daughter Jody Snow.

A memorial service to celebrate Carolyn’s life will take place Friday, March 9th, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at the Jamison-McKinley Funeral Home, 117 North Main Street, Harrisville.  Rev. Willard Morse will be officiating.
