JoAnn was my ex-mother-in-law, but I can (and will) always say she was one of the nicest, most gracious wonderful women I have ever met in my lifetime. She will be greatly missed.

As you well know, JoAnn could be a bright light in a dark place. My mother was a long-term resident of Grove Manor, and JoAnn made her days -- and ours -- much brighter and happier. She could cajol a smile from my mother any day of the week, and took such good care of her and was particularly careful with her laundry. We didn't say thanks often enough -- sorry for that. Wishing JoAnn a safe and joyous passage.
