Kimberly McMurdy

Kimberly S. McMurdy, 58, of Slippery Rock, passed away February 5, 2022 at Trinity Living Center.
Kim was born March 4, 1963 in Grove City.  She was the daughter of George McMurdy and Patricia McMurdy Shuster.
Kim married her husband John Grossman on October 20, 1990, he survives.
After receiving her GED, Kim enlisted in the United States Army on January 19, 1982.  She was honorably discharged on October 18, 1984 with the rank SP4.
Kim was the life of the party.  She brought happiness and zest to her family.  She loved being with her kids and grandkids.  Earlier in life she enjoyed hunting and fishing with her husband.  
Loved ones left to cherish her memory are her mother Patty Shuster, her husband John Grossman, her children Michael McMurdy, Amanda Gossard, Jake Grossman and Abby Midkiff.  Kim’s stepchildren Bobbi Jo Foster and Fay Crum.  Her grandchildren whom she adored Rachel, Kelsey, Ryan, Zachary, Katelyn, Josie, Lucy, Baylee, Major, Kiedis, Calliope, Milo and Oakley.  Kim was blessed to have one great grandchild Jackson.  Also survived by her brother Thomas McMurdy and his wife Terri.  
Kim was welcomed into heaven by her father George.  
A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.  The Jamison McKinley Funeral Home, Harrisville is assisting the family with the arrangements.
