Mark Rodemoyer Obituary

Mark Rodemoyer, 65, of Grove City, passed away January 11, 2019 at Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh. 

Mark was born October 7, 1953 in Grove City, he was the son of Frederick J. and Iva Brandon Rodemoyer.

Mark graduated from Franklin High School and attended trade school.  He was married to Judy Harris on October 16, 1971, Judy passed away March 3, 2018. Together the couple had two sons.

Mark retired from George Junior Republic in Grove City after 29 years.

Mark and his wife Judy loved taking there Harley out for a ride on a nice day, later in life Mark bought a trike and loved it.    Mark had a love of fast cars and loved the drag strip.  Mark could usually be found in the garage rebuilding his cars or fabricating something out of medal.  There wasn’t much Mark couldn’t build or fix.   He never heisted to  help others, often putting their needs above his own.   Ziggy was Mark’s dog and you wouldn’t see him without Ziggy.  He brought much joy into Mark’s life. 

 

Loved ones left to cherish Mark’s memory are his sons Mark A. Rodemoyer Jr and Matthew Rodemoyer.  His grandchildren Mark A. Rodemoyer III and Ryan Rodemoyer.  Brothers and sisters Fred Rodemoyer and his wife Kathy, Steve Rodemoyer, Deb Klingensmith and husband Ron, Donna Rabledo and husband Andy, Brian Rodemoyer and wife Shelia, Kim Snyder, Rhonda Morris and her husband Bob. His brothers and sisters in laws Nancy Kozloff and her husband Shane, Tom Harris and Cathy, Cindy Harris and Earl and Robert Harris. 

Proceeded in death by his parents, her father Fred Rodemoyer and his wife Jean, his mother Iva Kerr and husband Clair and his brother in law David Harris.
