Roberta J. Bell

Roberta J. Bell, 98, of Forestville passed away peacefully November 28, 2021 at Autumn Grove Nursing Home in Harrisville.

Roberta was born September 10, 1923 in Cleveland Ohio.  She was the daughter of the late Joseph Reisinger and Lillian. B. Ostrander Reisinger.

Roberta graduated from Grove City High School. 

She married Robert L. Bell in October 24, 1942.  Mr. Bell passed away February 2, 2000.  She was devoted housewife and mother. Roberta was a member of the United Methodist Church in Forestville and also a member of the Harrisville Women’s Club.  She enjoyed doing needlework and crossword puzzles.  She never passed up going to play bingo and especially loved playing cards.  Spending time with her family and friends brought her great joy. 

Loved ones left to cherish her memory is her son Beau V. Bell and his wife Linda of Slippery Rock, her grandchildren Mark Bell, Kristina Martin and Jamie Trezona; her step grandchildren Dan Voorhees and Diane DeSilves.  Roberta’s 9 great grandchildren, 4 step great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchildren also survive. 

Roberta was welcomed into heaven by her parents, husband, her sister Effie and brothers Roland and James. 

A memorial service is being planned for a later date.  Burial took place at the Prairie Cemetery, Harrisville. 

The family would like to extend a grateful thank you to the staff at Transitions Healthcare Autumn Grove in Harrisville for their exceptional care they provided Roberta.
