Samuel Frampton

 Samuel Herbert Frampton, 84, of Quality Life Services of Grove City, formerly of Harrisville passed away December 22, 2024.

Samuel was born January 17, 1940 in Harrisville.  He was the son of the late Vinter V. and Harriet (Stillwagon) Frampton.

Samuel graduated from Harrisville High School in 1954.  Samuel worked for many years as a caretaker for Prairie Cemetery in Harrisville.  Samuel took great pride is his work.  He devoted many hours to the upkeep of the cemetery. 

Samuel enlisted in the United States Navy on June 20, 1957.  He was honorably discharged June 19, 1963.

He enjoyed hunting in his younger years.  He loved the outdoors and cutting wood.

Samuel is survived by his children:  Melissa and (William) Furl of Queenstown, Mark and (Jan)Frampton of Shreve, Ohio, Christine Stimac of East Brady.  6 Grandchildren and 3 step Grandchildren 16 great grandchildren.  His brothers Jerry Frampton of Harrisville, Scott Frampton and his wife Mary of Grove City. His sister-in-law Linda Frampton who extended years of kindness to Samuel, she was a faithful visitor every week.   Also survived by his sister in laws Louise Frampton and Karen Frampton along with many nieces and nephews.

Samuel is preceded in death by his parents, 8 brothers, 3 half-brothers and 4 sisters. 

Family will welcome friends at the Jamison McKinley Funeral Home, 117 N. Main Street, Harrisville PA on Friday, December 27th, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. with funeral services to take place at 1:00 p.m.
